My work is most notably rooted in ab ex concepts. It is a culmination of digital and graffiti, calligraphic and decorative mark making. I strive to make paintings that present the sublime in composition. 
 I have always drawn cartoons, paid particular attention to the gestures in my penmanship, and had a fascination for the idea of a physically apparent atmosphere. The works show my sincere appreciation for zen painting, the works of motion and gesture of the modernist era, the art of calligraphy, and the urban gardens of graffiti. I look forward towards the further flattening,outlining, and pixilation of both pattern work and painting. The works are ultimately a culmination of visual information gathered from media, light works, video distortion and sentences, all transposed into the above mentioned when successful.
